i hate people, but i hate saying i hate people because that makes me sound mean i’m nice i like people it’s just that i hate people
#ouch #but sorry this isn’t giving me the Dean feels I think it’s meant to #Unsurprisingly it’s Lucifer feelings again #And Sam #Sam caved and said yes in this timeline #for some reason Lucifer was better than the alternative- #Easy to see why when the alternative was alone #Because Dean abandoned him in this timeline remember #Just like Michael did to Lucifer #And so here I think we get both #Sam and Lucifer are reaching out to their older brother #one literally one symbolically #And he’s still turning away from them #only now it’s because Sam fell isn’t it #Because he was so alone without his brother he let the devil under his skin #There’s a nod of not being surprised somehow #Sam/Lucifer isn’t surprised any more about being rejected #no wonder he wins #No wonder Sam doesn’t rest back control from Lucifer like he does in Swan Song to stop him killing Dean #look what happens when you leave Sam alone Dean #Lucifer’s mirror just becomes him (via inkorstardust)

Emmy Rossum being as cute as it is possible for a person to be whilst drinking coffee.
Suddenly, I viddied what I had to do, and what I had wanted to do, and that was to do myself in; to snuff it, to blast off for ever out of this wicked, cruel world. One moment of pain perhaps and, then, sleep for ever, and ever and ever. A Clockwork Orange (1971)
So, you’re on the internet, you know what the friendzone is. It’s when (Usually a cishet dude) falls in love with (Usually a cishet girl), and he showers her with all kinds of affection and gifts. However, she doesn’t return those feelings toward him.
Now, we can sum the bullshit part pretty easily. A woman doesn’t owe a guy for being nice to her. He’s not REQUIRED to do shit for her if she doesn’t ask. Hell, he’s not even required to do anything if she does.
But this thought pattern is TERRIFYING. Remember a post that went around which was a series of questions asked to a bunch of 11-14 year olds, all concerning rape? There was one that asked if it was okay to rape a woman if the rapist had spent a lot of money on her, and the “yes” was terrifyingly high? THAT’S THE KIND OF THINKING THAT’S BEING APPLIED HERE.
The thought that buying a woman something entitles someone to have access to her in whatever way you choose. This reduces women down to being no more than a man’s property. That he can do whatever he wants with just because he bought her something.
Do you know how terrifying that is? To know that that guy who does all this nice stuff for you thinks you’re his just because he does that for you? And that your wants, thoughts, and interests don’t even matter?
And guys, that’s essentially what you do every time you complain about the friendzone. You tell a woman “I bought you something, I have the right to have sex with you.”
And that shit’s not okay.
